Karen M. Lascelle, CPA, MBA

Karen is the owner of Lascelle Accounting Firm, PLLC. Karen has been with the firm since its inception. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Studies with a concentration in accounting from New Hampshire College and her Masters Degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Karen has extensive experience in auditing, financial and income tax accounting, income tax return preparation, bookkeeping and accounting systems and management consulting services.

She is treasurer of the School of Art Supporters non-profit organization, treasurer of a local Concord church, and member of the Concord Chamber of Commerce Leadership Greater Concord steering committee. She serves on the board of directors for the Penacook Assisted Living Facility (John H. Whittaker Place) and on the audit committee of Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc.

John Jauhola-Straight, MSAT

John joined the firm in 2008 as a staff accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from American International College and a Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation, also from American International College.

John’s experience includes nine recent years of not-for-profit accounting and fifteen years of healthcare accounting. He also has over fifteen years of income tax accounting experience.

He is the treasurer of the Conant School PTO in Concord, NH, as well as another local non-profit organization. He was the treasurer of a local church in Ware, MA before relocating to New Hampshire. He also served on the finance committee for the Springfield Early Childhood Education Partnership and was a member of the board of directors for the Fathers Subcommittee in Springfield, MA.
